Year 4 have started their short course of Yoga lessons.

These lessons follow on from the mindfulness training that all children in the school undertook last year.

We are hoping to give the children a range of strategies to help them maintain their well-being, and enable them to develop coping strategies for life's everyday stresses and strains.

A huge thank you to our very own, fully qualified, Miss Brown for sharing her yoga skills with us as part of our Erasmus Plus project "Thinking Allowed".
