Aims and Objectives
To bring responsible people and the global environment together to create reasonable and sustainable futures.
To provide training and development of interdependent life skills from pre-school to post retirement through environmental understanding and team building programmes.
Chrysalis Life
Works with children and adults from pre-school to post retirement to develop and sustain a responsible attitude of respect and awe and wonder for the natural environment through a programme of school courses, packs and advice to schools and other organizations wishing to develop their own programmes, including on-going support and training.
Chrysalis Life has a training base and woodland school for teacher training and school visits but most the work is on-line providing resources and training modules as well as on-going support.
Equipment and resources to enable this development are available through the Chrysalis.
Chrysalis Life is intended to evolve into a community or interdependent organizations all serving the central aim. It is not intended that Chrysalis be a brand name or be in any way a control over new organizations begun by us but rather that we keep our name and sound reputation as being a motivating organisation through responsible support and development.
Schools
Much of the work of Chrysalis will be with schools, helping and supporting their environmental learning programmes and a big part of this work is developing and growing sound team work.
