The Basics
We look at the blank page and take a tour of the features:

# 2 Explore the icons and make a page with a blue background , with some text and then put s rectangle around the lot.
This activity cover many of the basic skills. Ask questions and experiment and when you are happy with the result, put your name on it and save it as follows:

# 3 Now try this:
1 Start a new blank page:
2 Colour the background
3 Add a rectangle across the middle near the top
4 Un-fill the rectangle and lock it to the page
5 Click on this icon and find a picture or copy and paste a picture from somewhere else
6 Re-size it to fit the rectangle. If you are careful with the mouse, you will find the cropping tool
7 Right click on it and copy and paste a second version of the same picture
8 Double click on the picture in the rectangle to highlight it
9 Find the Fader Slider and make the picture faint (watermark)
10 Lock the rectangle and the water marked picture to the page
11 Fit the second picture over the first exactly
12 Click on Convert to Jigsaw and then decide on the shape and number of the pieces
13 Add a Scatter button and a Solve button
14 Save as above
15 Click on View to try out your puzzle
