Secondary Colours
The children have had a super week exploring the secondary colours purple and green. We have explored the colours using a range of media including playdough, paint, pom poms, tissue paper, crayons and felt tips. We especially enjoyed using the colours purple and green to colour in our favourite action hero character, the Hulk!
The children and staff would like to say a big thank you to our new parent helpers who have been supporting our cooking sessions this half term, the apple cakes were especially delicious this week.
In Maths this week Foundation One explored using shapes to make pictures outside and in Foundation Two we used objects to help us count and find one less, and we made repeating patterns using stampers with purple and green paint. We can't wait for next week!
We love to play with shapes!
Mmmm!
