Deleting Users
Users may be deleted from school accounts.
Sign in as an administrator, and click on your user name button at the top left, and then my settings... In the users tab select the users you wish to delete, and press the delete button.
A confirmation window will appear, which tells you how many users you have selected, and how many files they own.

Pressing ok will delete the selected users and all their files.
Note
The users and files are actually archived for a while, before final deletion.
The user name and alias become available for reuse immediately.
If the user had any groups, shares or RSS feeds then these are deleted immediately.
If you delete a user by mistake...
If you delete a user by mistake, then contact j2e and we will try to recover the user and files.
