Dudley
“Dudley LA have signed a contract for 2 years after a successful pilot using J2E as an integral part of their netbook pilot based around 5000 personal devices across a wide range of primary schools”
John Davies of Dudley commented: “J2E and netbooks were made for each other. Together they provide a 21st century exercise book for 21st century learners. The teacher tools to support marking and assessment are slick and have helped shift teachers’ requirements for paper based evidence to e-portfolios of achievement.”

Feedback starts to appear from Warwickshire schools:-

- Year 5 and 6 have been successfully collaborating ‘live’ during their ICT after school club – this is proving a real winner with them.
-  Pupils are independently logging on from home and extending what they have done in school.
- Year 5 have used the ‘form’ tools to support a data handling unit in maths – the year 5 teacher is very impressed with how easy it was to use.
-  Year 3 have been using J2E to support work in various subject areas – again, comments have been made by the children about how much better it is than Textease....
