JUST2EASY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our Terms of Service and review them with your parent or guardian if you are a minor in your country of residence. If you have any questions about these Terms, you may email us at legal@j2e.com. If you do not feel that you can accept these Terms, you do not have permission to use j2e. just2easy, Limited. (j2e) allows you to register and create your own website by uploading pictures and typing in text. You can use the j2e online tools to make changes to your site whenever you want.
1. Effective Date. These Terms will become effective on the day you register with j2e and check the box saying you have read and agree to these Terms.
2. You understand and agree that we may include certain communications from j2e such as service announcements, new functionality and administrative messages and that these communications are considered part of j2e membership.
3. j2e Policies. j2e has the right to modify, suspend or terminate access to j2e at any time for any or no reason without notice. In certain situations, we may also require you to change your login username and/or password.
In order to keep j2e working properly for all members, we periodically delete old member websites and photos that are no longer in use. If you have not logged onto your site in over 365 days or your j2e site has not received any visits over the past 365 days, then j2e reserves the right to delete your site and all its text, customization, and uploaded files. You should keep copies of all photos and other important materials on your own computer and not count on j2e to be a permanent storage place.
4. What can you put on your j2e Site? j2e allows you to place a large variety of things on your j2e site. However, there are some materials that are not appropriate or welcome on j2e and are strictly forbidden.
j2e users may NOT place any of the following material on their j2e sites.
Any text or pictures that threaten, bully or humiliate any other person.
Any text or pictures that are obscene or pornographic.
Any text or pictures that depict violence against people or property
Any text or pictures that could violate the ownership rights of other people or companies, including trademarks and copyrights.
Any text or pictures that promote or depict racism, bigotry or hatred toward any individual or group.
Any material sent from an anonymous or false address.
5. What we do about it. j2e reserves the right to delete or edit submissions that j2e, in its sole discretion, deems to violate these Terms. If you put any materials on your j2e site that are prohibited by these Terms, we reserve the right to provide your IP address and other identifying information to law enforcement.
6. Liability. If anyone brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against j2e based on content you post on j2e, you agree to compensate j2e including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including lawyers' fees, incurred by j2e in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.
7. Cancelling the service. j2e reserves the right to cancel your j2e website for any reason, with or without notice.
You may cancel your j2e membership at any time. Cancellation of your j2e membership also terminates these Terms of Service. To terminate your service please mail legal@j2e.com
8. Proprietary Rights. Users agree that j2e is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, with the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display any materials and other information you submit to the j2e Service. j2e disclaims ownership of the materials you upload to the j2e Service and will not resell or otherwise convey these rights to any third party. You shall have absolutely no recourse against j2e as the system provider for any alleged or actual infringement of any proprietary rights to which you may claim ownership.
9. Marks and Copyright. j2e and all graphics, logos and service names used to identify j2e's products and services are trademarks or service marks of j2e. You may not use any trademark or service mark in connection with any product or service without the expressed permission of the owner of that mark.
You should assume that the content of the Web pages created by other j2e customers is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights. You are not entitled to copy any content without the express permission of the owner of that content.
10. Warranty. Disclaimer. Limitation of Liability. You, the Member, acknowledge that use of the j2e service is at your sole risk. The j2e service is not warranted to be error free or uninterrupted, and there is no warranty as to the results obtained through use of the j2e service. The j2e service is made available on an AS IS basis. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE. Neither j2e nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the j2e service, will be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of agreement to these Terms. In no event will the liability of j2e for any breach of these Terms exceed the total charges incurred by a Member in the month preceding the date the claim for breach arose. The provisions of this section will survive termination of the agreement to these Terms.
11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless j2e from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees), relating to any acts by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with our system, leading wholly or partially to claims against us or our system by other subscribers or third parties, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
12. Governing Law. Venue. Jurisdiction. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to conflicts of laws principles. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to exclusive Jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales for all matters arising out or in relation to these terms and conditions.
13. Acknowledgment. These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and j2e regarding your relationship to j2e and supersedes any prior statements or representations.
14. Changes. j2e reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. j2e will notify you of the change either by email or through a notice published on the j2e homepage. If you access j2e after a notice of a change has been published, that means you are agreeing to the new Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must terminate your membership with j2e.
