1. Draw a shape.
2. Select the shape, and set fill ‘off’, and outline to ‘3mm’.
3. Set outline as ‘gradient’.
4. Set gradient as ‘cyclic’.

5. Add a picture.
6. Place the shape over the picture, and put it ‘on top’.
7. With the shape selected,
press ‘is mask’.
(Be careful that the shape only overlaps the picture. Anything else it overlaps will be masked, and seem to disappear!)
