Symbols
j2eSymbols helps learning and understanding by displaying pictorial representations of words on the page. Hover over words on this page, and you will see how it works. j2eSymbols is a paid upgrade to j2e.
With j2eSymbols you can make web pages with symbols, see symbols as you type, and get symbol help over the spelling and word list windows.
To use these features, you must turn them on. Click on an empty part of your j2e edit page, and the tools on the right will give document choices. There are two check boxes that control the symbols.

With symbol as you type, each time you type a space at the end of a word, the symbol for that word will display, and the word will colour blue.
With hover symbols leaving the pointer over a word for a second, will change the word colour to blue, and display the symbol. If you save your page as a web page, the symbols will still operate on the page even though it is now an html page.
With hover symbols, symbols also show when over the spelling lists and the word bank windows.
