What a fantastic end to a busy and productive term. I’m sure you’ll agree they sang wonderfully on Monday evening and did themselves, the school and yourselves proud. The children are really in the Christmas spirit. They enjoyed their lunch on Tuesday and looked extremely festive in their Christmas jumpers today all for a fantastic charity,‘Save the Children’. They have also enjoyed many learning activities linked to Christmas in literacy, art and maths. Your children have behaved excellently until the very last day of term despite all of the excitement.

Today the children received a message from Santa Claus. Please ask them about it. They also sent a message to Bradley Lowery, which was heartfelt and lovely.

Stars of the week- Louise,Delia, Leia, Paolo and Eva. Louise’s writing goes from strength to strength. She listens attentively to feedback to ensure she has met her personal writing targets. Delia and Leia have shown great resilience with their recent toy stories. Paolo and Eva have completed the whole of the first term (120spellings) getting full marks in their spelling tests. Superb absorption in their learning- a fantastic achievement!

Home learning- The children have been given Christmas doubling and halving crackers.

Spellings- There will be no spellings forthe first week of term.

Have a truly brilliantChristmas.
