Over the last two weeks we have been looking at stories containing a dilemma.
Using the dilemma below talk about different endings:
Rachel has lost her favourite toy, it has been missing for two days. She is very distressed and cannot concentrate on her school work. Lucy has always been good friends with Rachel but recently has been trying to become friends with the popular girl in the class, Amy. As she arrives to school early one morning, Amy approaches Lucy and whispers while giggling, “I know what’s happened to Rachel’s toy. I’ve hidden it in the book box in the library.”
Bearing in mind that Lucy really wants to be friends with Amy, should she tell Rachel the truth?
