All of the staff work hard to provide experiential learning opportunities for the children, to engage them and make their learning purposeful and fun. At the same time, we ensure that core Literacy skills remain at the heart of everything that we do and are firmly embedded into the curriculum.
Our successful magazine 'Cheswick Goes Chatty' provides the perfect platform to share the children's learning and to celebrate our achievements as a school on a termly basis.
At Cheswick Green, we want the children to develop a lifelong love of reading and alongside teaching the children the important building blocks of learning to read, we provide lots of opportunities to read for pleasure. It's fun to read at Cheswick Green!
We organise regular workshops for parents so that we can work together to support children in their learning.
