The cookery room smelled delicious this week, filled with the scent of melted chocolate and some very delicious looking spiders...We hope the children let you try some. The classroom has also been slowly filling up with unique handmade spiders, each a different colour, style and shape. Please don't get too scared when you come into Foundation next week for parent's evening - they are definitely not real! We have been catching flies (pom-poms, really) for the spider to strengthen our hand muscles as well as making and drawing webs using a wide range of materials. The role play area has been lots of fun, filled with children pretending to be Little Miss Muffet, and one or two adults, well actually Mrs Norris and Mrs Turner who look pretty good with blonde curly hair!
