The children enjoyed looking at the globes, atlases and maps this week this week to find out about where we live and where other countries are. We have looked at flags from around the world and the different types of clothing and traditional dress. The children were very curious and asked lots of super questions. Also, looking at monuments from around the world gave us lots of great ideas for our construction. In cooking this week the children enjoyed tasting some french baguette dipped in hot chocolate, as did Mrs Mackie and Mrs Turner, what a treat! The stage has now been put up in the hall as our Nativity rehearsals continue, it's starting to look really good...Letters have now gone home about the available performance tickets, so please check your child's wallet.
