This week the children watched a very short clip of the speedy 'Mr Maker' from CBeebies and this helped us to talk and think about how we were going to make our puppets as well as the different types of puppets. The children have really loved making their own puppets, which look absolutely wonderful! Thank you for sending in your extra resources from home, it has made it so much more exciting for the children who couldn't wait to have their turn. Throughout the week they have been putting on shows for each other, the indoor and outdoor role play areas have been so busy, with shows selling out each day. In cooking the pizza puppet faces were fabulous, with the children taking their time and carefully using the ingredients of their choosing to make the facial features. What a fantastic week!
