We want to:

Help learners to understand the factors that affect physical health and well-being.

So that learners can care for and respect themselves and others and make good decisions. 

Also, to communicate their feelings openly, so that the children feel very comfortable talking about mental health and emotional well-being.

• In school, we have been learning about ways to calm ourselves down when we are angry using finger breathing techniques!
• We made healthy, rainbow fruit kebabs.....delicious!
• We raised money, bought food and visited Neath food bank to donate the food!
• We did the mannequin challenge and enjoyed relaxing!
• We love doing mindfulness colouring while listening to peaceful music!
• We are planning our well-being boxes and we are looking forward to making them.
