they normally live in warm tropical climates like forests, deserts and jungles. They also live in Africa the most. Snakes have been around the world for millions of years even during the dinosaurs. Snakes are carnivors so that means they eat meat, like birds, fish, insects and eggs. Some snakes like boas and anacndas they kill there prey by squeezing it to death. Rattlesnakes are more deadly than normall snakes because they can poison you by using there fangs. Snakes have flexible jaws so they can eat prey bigger than there head. There are about 3000 different types of snakes. pythons are the longest snakes in the world.
