Rethink a worry.

Today I was worried about the fact that I would not be able to complete my work since I could not focus on task. As usual I could not stay in my chair. As if I had needles in my body.

I kept on worrying and my worry seemed to become bigger and deeper.

Try to find a positive way around it.

My mother suggested to get up go out in terrace and look at the sky. Than she asked me to look at the clouds. After I took a look at the plants and flowers. After a while some drops of rain fell down and I had to go inside.

Somehow I felt better. My mind was no longer fixed on my worry. I felt ready to start my work. All tasks seemed easier to do. At the end I felt satisfied.
