Think about the map you created on Thursday and decide where your main character lives.

Once you have decided on the type of dwelling...draw a picture and write some details about it :)

Does your character live

alone or with anyone?

How would you describe the dwelling?

Is it old? New? Creaky? Exciting? Bright?

Cold?

Is there anything unusual

about the place?

How many rooms has

the dwelling?

Use your senses.

What can you smell? Hear? Touch? See?

What surrounds the dwelling?

A forest? Other houses? A magical land?

Imagine that your character is in his/her dwelling. What are they doing there? How does the place make them feel? Use J2E writing to write a diary entry from their point of view.
