on Thursday,some people brought in some coins from different countries to show to our class. we all played monopoly in micro society. some of us thought that if you spend your money by getting properties you'll get the most money but other people said if you don't spend your money on properties you will get more money. it would have made a difference if we played for longer because the person in the lead could go to jail and the other people could catch up by passing go.

On Friday, each table thought of a name for our country to have, as currency. the name metropelees won. after that, we had an activity where you have some cards with a word on it and we had to answer some questions. One question was could it be used as currency. my table drew a picture for our notes.
