Elks: Some Elks live in mountains because they have food, water, shelter and space they need to survive.
Some animals live in mountains for example:
Bears: Bears live in the bottom part of the mountain because that is where most of the food and cover is.
Eagles: Eagles can fly long distances while looking for food. They use the top of the mountains to ride the winds coming from the valley.
