Evaporation

Evaporation is an important part of the water cycle, mainly because without it the water cycle would pause. Therefore plants and trees would not get any water to grow

Evaporation starts off when the sun heats up a large body of water (take an ocean or pond). Then after 2 to three hours of boiling, the water will start turning into water vapour. which is what we call evaporation.

Water vapour is invisible so you will not be

able to see it. After that stage, the water

vapour will start to get visible again; and the

reason for that is because the water vapour

forms into a cloud. A cloud can not infinitely

evaporate water though. After a cloud is filled up it will either rain on the spot or get blown away by the wind and rain somewhere else.

As long as there is a large pool of water and the hot sun poking out evaporation will always happen. Evaporation can not happen if there is an object/obsruction in the way
