A healthy diet consists of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. And a healthy diet helps you keep fit and the way you want to be.
When you eat healthily it helps
you become more athletic.
But if you eat healthily that
doesn't mean you don't need
exercise. When you eat
healthily it helps reduce the
amount of fat in your body
but you also need to
exercise to help your body
stay fit and healthy. There
maybe some foods that you
don't enjoy but it is good to find a substitute for them.
Remember When you eat healthy
your body is happy!!!
