This week we discussed democracy.

Democracy means having a fair vote.

We also read NOTENUF. It was all about who should rule Notenuf and the captain had to ask everybody in the town to vote on what they wanted to do in the crisis of everything going wrong.

We also carried on with our businesses and sold lots and lots of things to people. We had to think about using our money wisely or we would lose it all and have no money to pay for imports and to start up our business. We thought some reasons on how it could be resolved and decided to join other businesses or get a loan from the bank; but if you got a loan you had to pay it back and they'd only give you the loan if they saw you trying to make money.

After that, we decided that people in our society might steal if they didn't have money. We would tell our tax officer and our policeman and they would sort it out.
