Sports Day

The teacher has asked you to write a report about the school's Sports Day. This will be published on the school's Facebook page.

On Thursday 25th May 2023, it was Sports Day. The Sports Day area was located on the school's yard. The participants and guests were siblings, family and friends.

The setup was organised in seven stations and they were Hurdles, Football, Bat and Ball, Sack Race, Basketball, Baseball and Tug of War. There were several spectators including parents, siblings, family members and friends. The activities were held from 9:00 am till noon and continued till 3:00 pm. The most popular activities were Football and Basketball. The best part of the day was the Sack Race because it was the most hilarious.

At the end, everyone felt proud. From this event we all learned that it is not about winning, it is about having fun. The most memorable part was when the students won against their parents in a game of tug of war.
