Book Week

This week we had a visit from the spectacular Matt Brown, and read a book called Look Back! In this weeks blog I will be talking about what I enjoyed during book week and what my favourite part of the week was!

First of all, I loved the book look back, although the ending was not very unique it was still an amazing book. This book was about a granny telling a story to her grandson from her childhood about an unknown creature called Ti Bolom. After the story the boy does something unexpected...

Next is the Matt Brown visit, he came in to talk to us and to promote his hilarious book series. These books take place in Dreary Inkling Primary School, the main characters are year 6 students and in each book someone or something tries to kill them! Matt writes using the comedy style which is why I recommend the Dreary Inkling series.

To conclude, my favourite part of book week was when Matt Brown came to talk to us, I really enjoyed that because Matt was funny and he interacted with the other students. Matt's visit also inspired me to write a book. Book week was a blast, and everyone enjoyed it!
