How do wee see light?

At the back part of our eyes is a sensitive sheet of nerves called the retina .These nerves can detect light when it strikes the retina. We see any object because of reflection of light. When light , strikes a body, it gets reflected and received by the human eye, the image formed in retina is what brain process and tells you that there is an object there.
