Diary Entry on Mary Maloney
5:45pm 13th August 1979
Dear Diary,
I was so frustrated today. Literally, right now I clutched onto a leg of lamb, went closer to my husband and wacked him on the naked area of his head. Within a second he went directly on the floor as if I had hit him with a steel club or something. 30 minutes later my mind became more clearer however I begun think faster as if there was a formula one race situated within my miniature head. I can just slowly recap the essential but horrendous clip playing and rewinding. But everything happened so fast I remember that after the incident I took a step back away from the corpse that laid silent and still on the mahogany floor while the movements of the feet trigged a peculiar sound.

Dear Diary,
I keep thinking that it would be a relief if they kill me. But how could they murder me while I carry around a precious gift. And what were the laws of about murderers with unborn children. Or did they wait until the child was born and let the baby grow up not knowing their own birth mother. I had no idea, the only thing I know is that I had to take the risk and that a thousand questions whirled around the centre of my brain. I took the meat into the dainty kitchen and placed it onto the pan.
