Changing your webby school name...
Changing your school name in j2e and j2webby is easy and enables you to create a bespoke url for your school's j2webby site.
Log in as the Administrator and open a new j2e java page and go to "admin" in the top left corner
Go to mysettings and click on the school tab
Change the account alias to reflect the new name
You have now successfully created an additional url for your school's j2webby platform.
Changing your webby header
Go into your j2webby site
Go to tools, and dashboard,
On the left hand side, Appearance is where you
change your webby to reflect your schoool
Click on appearance and onto header
You can change the header which appears at the
top of your j2webby page
You can upload a customised header at the top of the site, instead of a customised one
In the dashboard you can also change other things...
In Widgets you can manage the widgets that are used in your j2webby
You can click style which will enable you to change your colour
of menus and text
In Menus you can change and edit how your menus are lay out, you can
also manage how your drop down boxes in your toolbar are layed out
In Logo, you can change your school's logo
The background can change the background of your webby, you can change
this to match your schools colours

Your task is for week 2 is to create a mini site, just turn the page to find your task
To change your home page, you need to publish your completed home page as a post
You then go to settings and go to the front page displays
You can click on the drop down arrow and choose which page is displayed as the home page
