THE STORM

Last night while I was sleeping, I heard a loud noise I woke up with fright. I was scared to go and see what was the sound, but in the same time I was curious.

I decided to go and see what the sound was, when I went near the window I heard rain and I noticed that there was a big storm outside. Later that day, while I was watching TV, there was a power failure because there was a lot of wind and rain.

The storm got worse, and I was hearing a lot of thunder and it rained heavily, it was so cold that I was freezing to death, so my mum made me some soup to feel better.

In front of my house there was a tree that got hit by lightning and caught fire. There were car crashes too, but at least no one got hurt. My neighbours street was flooded and they couldn't get our. When night time came, I decided to go to sleep because I was feeling cold.

Later that night, when I woke up, the storm was over. The street was not flooded anymore and everyone was safe and sound.
