inside a laptop

We explored inside a laptop today there was a cd inside of the laptop it plays all kind and stuff. The memory card is put in to this metal thing the battery is charging the whole laptop the fans job is to make every thing cool. the hard drive is a circular or sometimes in a square with a circle in the middle. In the middle is a cpu the smarty pants of the whole laptop.
