Keep Fit

To keep fit isn't easy when you don't like fruit and veg because when we keep fit

we have to include fruit and vegetables maybe a smoothie too. Exercises is easy

to keep fit at least do [ex] :

  1. 20 star jumps
  2. 5 push ups
  3. 10 russian twist
  4. Skipping the rope and
  5. 10 sit ups.

All these exercises will help you and here's a tip :

If you do sit ups and have nobody to hold your feet put your feet under the sofa and it will work.
