Introduction
It is good to balance what you eat
and drink. Healthy food helps our body to get stronger. You will have a healthy lifestyle. It is healthy to eat a bit of fast food once in a while but it is not good to eat to much of sugar and fast food it is not healthy for you.
Healthy food
It is important to eat really healthy food and drinks like: fruits,vegetables, protein and fibre. We should drink more water, fresh juice or mixed vegetables fruits smoothies. It's healthy to eat 5 differentce fruits everyday.
Unhealthy food
It is bad to eat unhealthy food. Unhealthy food includes: sugar and fast food because you can get your stomachache. You cannot always eat fast food and sugar but you need to eat a little bit for sugar and fast food to stay healthy .
