Thursday 3rd December, 2020

It was a sunny Saturday morning ,when we had to go on a day on the boat.It was my first time going on my uncle's boat and I was really looking toward.

We took two big bags full of food and other things.Like drinks,packets of krisps and desert. We went to the east of Malta.At the beggining I saw other boats and birds.I smelled the sea water,I tasted the yummy toast that I had,and I heard the splashing of other people.We were playing with a board game the snakes and leadder one.We played and sang along to music.In a sudden ,we heard the waves hitting the boat and I felt my heart in my mouth because I knew when I heard the splashing ,it was going to be a storm! My uncle tried to start the engin to leave,but the engin wouldn't start because of the storm.

The waves got even bigger and bigger,and it started raining. I was really scared so I went to sleep.It was still raining when I woke up.One hour of raining and the waves hitting the boat, it calmed down little by little.Finally it stopped and it was like as the silent grave.

I was really happy that it ended because I was really scared. My uncle started the engine and went back home.I learned that we are not going far out at sea.It ended good because finally we arrived back home and we thanked God!! Thank you that you heard my story in January 2nd 2016.
