MAIN INGREDIENTS;


  1. WHOLE MEAL BREAD
  2. TOUCH OF BUTTER
  3. SLICES OF LACTOSE FREE AND LOW FAT CHEESE
  4. LETTUCE
  5. SLICES OF TOMATO


METHOD;


  1. PUT 2 SLICES OF WHOLE MEAL BREAD ON A PLATE.
  2. SPREAD THE BUTTER ON THE BREAD.
  3. PUT AROUND 2 SLICES OF CHEESE ON THE BREAD.
  4. ADD SOME LETTUCE AND CHOP SLICES OF TOMATO.
  5. CUT IN HALF AND IT IS READY TO BE SERVED.
