- WHOLE MEAL BREAD
- TOUCH OF BUTTER
- SLICES OF LACTOSE FREE AND LOW FAT CHEESE
- LETTUCE
- SLICES OF TOMATO
METHOD;
- PUT 2 SLICES OF WHOLE MEAL BREAD ON A PLATE.
- SPREAD THE BUTTER ON THE BREAD.
- PUT AROUND 2 SLICES OF CHEESE ON THE BREAD.
- ADD SOME LETTUCE AND CHOP SLICES OF TOMATO.
- CUT IN HALF AND IT IS READY TO BE SERVED.
