Our learning theme next week will be ‘Going for Goals’.

This weekend, please talk about what a personal goal is with your child. Perhaps share your own with them as we will each be setting a goal on Monday and talking about it at home will support your child’s understanding.

Next week the children will plan and make their own medal using a range of creative resources. When they achieve the goal that they have set they will then bring it home. In cooking the children will be baking football shaped biscuits, which we are sure will be delicious!

Notes to Parents:

Please ensure your child’s wallet is tidy and checked daily. Many are currently very full and items are being missed when they are checked each morning by staff.

If you have not yet done so, please fill in your parental comments on your child’s target sheet and return it to school on Monday as we are writing the individual targets for Spring term.

If your child does not yet know their home address, please help them to confidently remember it, as it can be very useful for safety reasons.

*Please do not send in any chocolate for birthdays etc.
