The Lazy Giant

Once upon a time there was an old and lazy giant.
He lived in a big castle on top of a mountain. One day the Giant went down the mountain and he saw a small cottage with twelve children living there on their own. He decided to take them to the castle to be his servants.
Every morning, the children woke up early to make a huge pot of porridge for the giant. But one day, the children woke up late and the porridge was not very good, so the giant started to shout that they are lazy and everything including the castle started to shake. The angry giant picked up Totty and dropped her into the bowl of porridge. As soon as the giant turned his back Lotty and Dotty pulled Dotty out.
In the afternoon the children had to clean the castle, but they ran into some problems. They ran out of polish, the head fell off the broom and the bristles fell off as well. The giant saw some webs and he started to shout and everything was shaking again. He picked up Nessie and put her in the waste paper basket.
Every Sunday the children had to pull the giants carriage but this Sunday it was a really ugly weather. So the road was muddy and the wheels where wobbly, and the giant was angry again because they were not moving fast enough. So he pushed Den and he rolled until he was out of sight. The children where very sad but continued pulling the giant carriage on the top of the mountain.
The children started to whisper to each other. Then they pushed the carriage down the hill. The giant bounced out of the carriage and rolled down the hill into a muddy puddle. The giant roared at the children to get him out of the mud but they were safe and far away from him.
The children heard Den's voice calling them from the branches and they helped him down of the tree. The children ran as fast as they could and where very happy to go back home.
The giant got out of the mud and did not bother to go back for the children. He learned that if he wants something to be done he needed to do it himself.
