Advent
Please talk with your child about how many days there are in advent and why we have advent calendars. We will be making our own class calendar to help us with our countdown to Christmas.
Some children have been given a speaking part in our nativity, if your child has words to say they will be found in their wallets. Please help them to learn their words by encouraging them to practice frequently over the next few weeks, little and often tends to work well!
The children are learning the words to the songs in the nativity very quickly and we would like to thank you for your fantastic support.
To make our classroom look festive and fun we ask that your child makes a small hanging Christmas decoration to display on the tree or around the classroom. Please send these in by Monday 1 st December. We look forward to seeing what your child creates.
