Pidgeot Oven Roasted Whole chicken from Mayar’s kitchen 

( juicy on the inside & crispy on the outside)


How to make it : 

• cut your nails and wash your hand with soap very well.

• Use your hands to rub the sauce over the entire chicken .

• Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with foil .

• cover it with foil and make many holes by knife .

• Put it in high temperature oven for 2 hours.

• For crispy skin just remove the foil cover and put it back in the oven for 7 minutes .

• you can serve it with basmati rice and Fattush ( a middle eastern famous salad) and voila 👌
