Each child made a numbers board game. They added numbers, coloured in the spinner, and decorated the game with their own characters! They have also enjoyed time outside.

The children have been working very hard on their reading and maths. They have been able to read short captions, and match these with the correct pictures, as well as reading several phase 3 phonics sounds, tracing letters, and finding initial sounds. They have also been practising number formation, writing number sentences, and finding number bonds. The children have been busy drawing, and have coloured in lots of toy pictures!

In P.E., the children were very good at pretending to be jungle animals. As well as moving confidently in several ways across the benches, the children also tried rolling and pulling themselves along the mats, and doing bunny hops along each bench.
