I strode through the desert. Scarab beetles scurried past my feet. The sun was so strong it burnt, but the ferocious wind was cooling. Holding onto my hat I climbed proudly over a dune. Sand was sinking into my eyes. Millions of tiny sand grains flew into my delicate eyes. Deliberately, I fell. I needed food. I needed water. I needed hope.
