Include fruit and vegetables in your food

Eating fruit and vegetables is important because they provide the human body with many vitamins,like vitamin C from eating oranges.They also give the human body energy to be able to walk,run,talk and basically every other movement we do throughout the day.Some vegetables and fruit can even boost our senses,like when we eat lots of carrots,our eyesight could get better.It's true that fruit and vegetables are healthy but we need to balance how much we eat.It's not good to not eat any fruits or vegetables but it's also bad if we eat too many of both.Like how, we eat too many fruit it could be bad to the human body because fruit contain fructose.
