Well done on a fantastic first half term! We wish you all a relaxing break and look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday 3rd November.

For the challenge we ask that you do some bird watching with your child. This will form the first part of our Eco-Schools project for the term. Please take a photo of the bird watching experience and email it to office@cheswick-green.solihull.sch.uk. We will then use the photos to create a blog page and publish it on the website. We will use this experience to talk with the children before doing some bird watching around the school grounds.

The learning theme after half term will be Guy Fawkes. Please share a simple version of this with your child so that they begin to become familiar with it. We will of course be talking about and showing child friendly video clips about safety on Bonfire Night. This will be in addition to many exciting and creative activities. **Please send in any kitchen roll tubes that you have on Tuesday. We will be recycling them into rockets!
