The hurt, miserable and lost puppy!... I STILL REMEMBER MY FRIEND THAT I FOUND CURLED UP ON A TREE STUMP. The one that wrecked my house and obliterated the classroom. I was wondering around in the park on New Year and I heard whining: it sounded like a dog, I looked around for it and while just looking upwards I tripped over a tree stump and found…A little puppy. It had a hurt knee and I really felt sorry for the puppy, it was shaking so much but also my hands were trembling. I think I should tell you who I am first. My name is Ted Goyout and I live with my brother Ron and my little sister Holly, my mum called Zoe and dad called Ryan. I am a normal 14 year old boy with smart, stylish hair that is chestnut coloured. I am normally smartly dressed, people normally think that I am very curious.

I found it coming home with me by chance, then I thought: how about I keep this a secret…It was last night and I thought that I would do a bit of thinking about the whole thing today, ( I even started thinking that it was a dream), but should I call RSPCA or maybe even nurse him and my idea was. I am going to keep him, for nearly a week I was nursing him, feeding him, keeping him warm and seeing if his knee was any better (all I wanted to do was help). I left him to have a snooze on a pile of boxes every night and he seemed to enjoy it a lot but one night the puppy couldn’t fall asleep so he had a wander around the house then heard someone coming his way and dived into the pile of boxes and accidentally landed inside one. This person was moving these boxes somewhere and when he was being moved he was distracted by something glowing it the distance above the slightly open box ( where was he being taken?). I woke up and started speaking to myself, “ Where is he?! I yelled vehemently, I need to find him ohhhhhhhh”. I’m trying to take it off my mind but I’m having trouble, “ Ron, where are you? screaming so loudly , I need you”. “Ron, I’ve got something to tell you”, please come, I asked. We had a massive argument on if he could help me and he acquiesced in the end but I’m not sure if I can trust him…I woke up 2 days later feeling lucky, I don’t know why but it is just one of those days, my little brother Ron came up to me and jumped on my bed. “We found it, we found it yayyyy, we found it!” shouted Ron in disbelief. “Who found it, I yawned. Me and mum. “WHAT, MUM FOUND IT, WHYYYYYYYY”, I cried.

Yawn…

At 07:45 am, my mum came storming into my room screaming why have you brought this dirty rogue into our lovely clean house you silly boy. “What should we do? thought my mum hastily, What could we do to help this poor creature”. “Oh wow mum oh wow why are you making this a big thing, this is sooo annoying!” I pleaded. She agreed with me but left it for 5 hours so we could all say goodbye. It was really hard but we called the RSPCA and they casually took it away and in their words said ‘We will take good care of him’ ( will they?) so I let them take the puppy away. I think they would’ve taken care of him much better than I could’ve ever done.

6 years later

…Beep.. beep.. beep “Oh hey Ted it’s Matty here I am just calling you to tell you, you know the puppy I got 5 years ago it just had babies. Would you like to come over and pick one dude. Matty I’ll be over in half an hour mate, see you soon”.

30 mins later...
