Physical Education/ Movement
It is always good to start the day with movement.
You can choose between Andy’s Wild Workout’s or Oti’s Boogie Beebies. Or you can do both! Every day this week you will have both as options. They are both based on the sea and sea creatures. The more you do the same routines, the more confident you will get. Have fun!

Understanding the world
This afternoon’s lesson is “Understanding The World” and is linked to the topic “Mini Chefs”.
Prepare a food exploration session with items from each category in your kitchen: sweet, sour, salty, savoury and bitter.
Examples of foods that you could include might be mango, lemon, pretzels, unsweetened cocoa, and salty popcorn.
Encourage your child to use all of their senses to explore the food – look at it, touch it, smell it, kiss and lick it and finally taste it.
Chat to your child about each of the items using words to describe the food and which ones you and they like/ don’t like.
