A strange night

It was Saturday afternoon the light was cut off. Mum started gathering our family  so she sees everyone is fine. When everyone was sleeping I decided to go out for a walk so I can sleep.

As I was walking I got another path by the usual one . I kept walking so that I could find someone to help me get back home. As I was walking I saw an enormous haunted house. My curiosity fell and I went exploring

As I went to open the door it made an eerie sound. It had the smell of rotten cheese And mould. There were bats hanging everywhere. Suddenly, I heard footsteps from above me.

When  I climbed I saw a witch steering a cauldron. I saw a ghost disappear in a cloud of dust . shivers ran down my spine. I stood rooted to the ground. I ran as fast as my feet could carry me back home and locked myself  in  my room . I didn’t utter a word. I hope this memory will never happen to me again.

I went sleeping and forgot all about what happened. All’s well that ends well.
