I think you should be 5 to get a phone and just play games but the limit for going online unsupervised should be 9.

I think you should be 13 for social media though.

The reason I think 5 for having is because you can just play on games nothing else.

I think 9 for going online unsupervised because that means you could set restrictions to YouTube on the settings.

I think 13 for social media because you can be exposed to things that you haven't learned yet at school and if you're bullied it's harder to process in a childs mind.
