The Effects of Climate change in the Polar Regions

What is Climate Change?

Climate change is when bad gasses get stuck in the earth's atmosphere These are called greenhouse gasses and they will cause the Earth's temperature to rise.

How can it affect us?

It affects us because since the bad air is trapped in the atmosphere our health would reduce. There is a chance that us humans will breathe in polluted air that is whirling around. This will also affect the animals around us. Because the ice would melt due to the heat, it cannot reflect the sunlight rays. In addition to this, the oceans will rise causing the distant land to severely flood.

What can you do to help?

To help, you can donate to charity who can be able to help change the world. Also, you can use paper/ reusable bags instead of plastic ones.

In conclusion, the world is still in great threat so we need to take care of it as we can. Many people should help the world from this human-caused disaster.

The Amazing Inuits beginning (their belief)

The Inuits were people who lived in the Arctic in igloos made out of driftwood. They look snow covered because it snows a lot in the Arctic. They believed that a raven, who could transform into a man created the world. He created plants first. Out of the plant pods came out fully a fully grown man. At first, he was rather dazzled and confused, but when he drank from a puddle, he seemed better. However, the raven realised that the man was hungry and made sheep out of clay and put them running on the fields so that the man couldn't eat them all. He made other animals too and a bear for the humans to fear, because he knew that men would be destructive. then, the other men were born too, but he knew they were lonely. This was why he created women to carry children to roam around the world too.
