I was going to home, 65 Fortis Green Avenue, from the store at the top of the street. I was getting some milk and bread because at home we had run out. Once I had gotten to about house 18, a lady carrying groceries walked up to me. I stepped aside then said kindly “You go first.” “Thank you.” said the lady. When I was next to house 29, I met a man wheeling a baby in a buggy. I said “You first” and stood aside “Thank you” he said “Ga!” squealed the baby. Strangely enough, this continued at 32 then 45, 49, and 56 until I got home. When I finally did get home, the milk had gone off so I had to get some more.
