Earth, sun and moon

The sun is the center of our solar system.

It's surface temperature is 6,000 c while, at it's core it is 10,000,000 c ! The sun was created 5 billion years ago when space gas created a ball, the sun. The sun covers 99.8% of the solar systems mass. The sun gives us light and heat , without it earth would be a cold , dark place.

Earth

Earth is the only place that we know that life excists. On our planet there are more than 1 million species of life.

Earth was formed when tiny rocks connected together

4.5 billion years ago. The earth's core is so hot it is liqiud rock and it's a hot as the sun. Beneath our feet are the tectonic plates. They are an invisible force that moves the continents around the earth.

MMMoon

The moon orbits the earth every 28 days. The first people on the moon were Niel Amstrong and Edwin Aldrin.The moon has many craters,(They are holes created when giant space rocks hit a solid surface) some are large some are small. One of the big craters is tycho.
